3.Exit the software and copy the amtlib.dll file

4. Now go to where you installed Photoshop, most Probably C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS4 and paste the amtlib.dll file in their, it should ask you if you want to replace, click yes. This will stop the software 'Phoning Home'.
